WELCOME TO OUR CLASSES!

Our salsa classes run across Nottingham and the northern regions of Nottingham. All classes are in a monthly ‘structured’ course or sequence! Simply pick a location followed by a level you are comfortable at and join us!

Remember to get the most out of your salsa class, join us at the start of the month rather than near end of month, but if you miss one month you can easily join us again the month after! Check out our class time table below.

Beginners Stages (6/8 week total structured course)
Normally from 7.30pm to 8.30pm
(earlier on Mon, Tues & Sun)

Level 1 - Absolute Beginners - 4 week of a monthly 'structured' course!

For those wanting to try salsa dancing for the first time, with no previous experience. Even if you feel you have two left feet or no rhythm, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at what you can achieve by the end of the course! Covers the basic foundation of salsa dancing, including the fundamental footwork, turns and movement in preparation for ‘Level 2’.

Level 2 - Beginners Plus - 4 week of a monthly 'structured' sequence!

For those who have completed the 4 week ‘Absolute Beginners’ course or those who have had some experience in salsa dancing. These extra 4 weeks of sequence builds on the foundation work covered in the introductory course, allowing you to advance to the next level with confidence!

Improvers Stages
Normally from 8.30pm to 9.30pm
(earlier on Mon, Tues & Sun)

Level 3 - Improvers - 4 weeks of a monthly 'structured' sequence!

By now you should have the fundamentals to learn the next level of sequences. For those who have completed the Level 1 ‘Absolute beginners’ course and the Level 2 ‘Beginners Plus’ or have had over 3 months salsa dancing experience.

Level 4 - Improvers Plus - 4 weeks of a monthly 'structured' sequence!

Now that you’ve mastered the first 3 levels, you are well prepared to learn some interesting combinations. Includes more complex sequences and the incorporation of styling and musicality with the dancing.

Intermediate & Advanced Stages
Normally from 9.30pm to 10.30pm
(or earlier on Mon, Tues & Sun)

Level 5 - Intermediates - 4 weeks of a monthly 'structured' sequence!

Intermediate dancers will be introduced to more challenging shines, turn patterns and exposed to styling tips that’ll be sure to make you stand out on the dance floor!

Level 6 - Advanced - 4 weeks of a monthly 'structured' sequence!

This level is designed to provide experienced dancers with a variety of turn patterns, dips, tricks and styling techniques to further enhance your dancing.

Performance Stages & Dance Team
Normally from 10pm to 11pm
(only on Mon, Tues & Sun)

Performance Stage training not only covers salsa dance training but provides a wide range of latin dance training,
such as Bachata, Merengue, Cha Cha Cha, Tango, etc. to those wanting to take their dancing to another level.

Performance Level I

The Performance level is for those wanting to take their salsa dancing to the next level. With focus on salsa partnerwork, styling and shine skills, students will learn and rehearse a choreographed partner and shines routine, and have the opportunity to perform as a group in front of a live audience at regular, monthly salsa parties.

Performance Level II

Building on ‘Performance Level I’, students will be pushed to perform more complex dips, lifts and tricks with more frequent performances.
